Maintenance Request

Did you know you can submit maintenance requests online?

In the case of an emergency only, call us. Otherwise, please make all inquiries through the tenant portal so that we can better respond to and track your maintenance requests.

For life threatening emergencies call 911.
Fire, assault, burglary, vandalism, and suspicious persons or circumstances should be immediately reported to the Police or Fire Departments by dialing 911.

An emergency maintenance issue is something that threatens harm to persons or property and cannot wait until the next business day to be addressed.
Emergency issues may include, but are not limited to, the following:
ELECTRICAL: Any major electrical problem
WATER LEAKS:  Any water leak that cannot be contained in a bucket until the next business morning or any water leak that may be causing structural damage.
NO AIR/HEAT:  No air-conditioning. No heat.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUEST

At Paradiso Properties we take pride in providing prompt and superior service to our tenants. Please complete the Maintenance Request Form for routine maintenance requests and non-emergency repairs. By law we need written permission to enter your home, and inquiries through the tenant portal help us better respond to and track your maintenance requests. Don’t have a tenant portal? The following maintenance issues are not generally considered emergencies and will be addressed as soon as possible. Our goal is to satisfy your requests within three business days.

  • Appliances not working
  • Clogged or non-working garbage disposal
  • Clogged toilet or shower drains
