Community Outreach

The Shadowhawk Homeowners’Association governs the Shadowhawk Townhome Community in Danville, CA. Janet Paradiso served on the Board of Directors for the Association in various different capacities from 2000 to June, 2015. Janet wanted to help the HOA become as strong as financially possible, see it continually well maintained, help the residents enjoy their environment as much as possible, and learn about all the numerous facets of life and management inside an HOA. She exceeded her goal and developed many meaningful relationships in the process.

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) provides education and information to homeowner associations and the various organizations and people that support them. Janet became a social committee member in October, 2014 and now serves actively on two committees.
